1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order has been dispatched.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@mfhairaccessories.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per the refund terms below.
2. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos and order details.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Hair clips, rubber bands, pins, headbands, or any other personal-use accessories once opened or used.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or under special discount offers.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned time frame:
- First, check your bank account or payment app again.
- Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchange Policy
We currently allow exchanges only for defective or incorrect products.
Please contact our support team with proof of issue, and we’ll assist you in arranging a replacement at no extra cost.
